1. Is it necessary to have an account to shop with Alan Scott?

No, you don’t need to have an account. You can purchase and check out as a guest every time.

However, by setting up an account with us, it ill be easier for you to shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

2. How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to check out once you have added all the items to the cart. Check and ensure that all the information you entered is correct before confirming your order and then proceed to payment.

3. How do I pay for an Alan Scott purchase?

All the payments can be done via all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

4. When and how can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

5. How can I use the voucher code?

Add the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed adding it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

6. How long it will take to process my order?

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

7. How can I track my delivery?

‘My Account’ would provide you with complete information of your order including the status. In ‘My Account’, click on ‘My Orders’ to get the complete details of your order. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address with the tracking number. You can track your order using this number.

8. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

9. What should I do if I’ve received an incorrect or defective item?

We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact our Customer Care Team to replace your item.

10. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Alan Scott?

All credit card and debit card payments on Alan Scott are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Alan Scott does not store or capture any credit card or payment-related information.
