RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Not satisfied with our product? We would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us!

Alan Scott offers a return and exchange policy with an option to return or exchange items purchased on our website within the specified 15-day return/exchange period for all products.

Terms and Conditions for Return and Exchange
  • For return/exchange, you can email us at customercare@alanscott.com within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Any item that the customer would like to return/exchange must be unworn, unused, unwashed with product tags intact and in its original condition.
  • You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition.
  • The items should be returned in person or through a reliable courier partner to the shop’s original address.
  • Exchange or refund is not applicable to goods sold during discount sales.
  • If you wish to exchange the item because there is a mismatch of size or if you have received a defective piece, Alan Scott will provide you with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
  • Please note: If our team after inspection finds that the product has been used, the product is no longer eligible for a refund or an exchange.
  • All items can be returned or exchanged only once.
  • alanscott.com follows a 15 days day no questions asked return policy.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  • Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product.
  • For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
  • Any Alan Scott cashback vouchers applied will be activated again.
  • Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product-specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
  • Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
